First off, I am so excited to read your story! I'm already excited that we share one of these tiny fandoms of my heart, and very likely, anything you write that speaks to your joy with the fandom will also speak to mine - so long as you don't hit my DNWs, you can just write what moves YOU! But if you want more guidance, here's a lot of rambling...
Here's a rundown of my general likes:
Tropes/themes: found families, hurt/comfort, loyalty (esp if people are grumpy about their devotion), fuck or die sex pollen type scenarios, forced to share a bed scenarios, flirting via banter/sarcasm, flirting via text/letter, people being jealous/insecure and getting comforted/reassured, people being oblivious to their own appeal, PINING I really love mutual pining, fix-it fic where the sad part of a canon gets happily resolved, fake-dating, cross-dressing, accidental marriage, soul-bonding, people rescuing each other from peril of any sort, hidden injuries that are revealed when the injured person dramatically collapses from their own attempted stoicness and then requires tons of comforting/care/scolding, enemies-to-friends-to-lovers, magical transformations, telepathy/thought-sharing, bodyswap, gender/sex swap, role reversals, GHOST STORIES, vampires, anything creepy/eerie/halloweenesque, murder mysteries, culture clashes between species…
Ratings: Anything goes! I truly love a good sexual tension as much as a sex scene, so don't feel stressed if smut's not your thing. Re: actual porn, honestly as long as both parties are sentient and at least dubiously consenting, I’m down for basically whatever (with very few caveats, see the DNW section).

Characters: Keita Mori, Thaniel Steepleton
Sign-up Prompt: OH WOW, so I just adore this universe and the world-building and these two! How Thaniel so often thinks of himself as ordinary, and how Keita is so set apart and lonely and IN LOVE with his Thaniel… I just want them both to realize how loved they are!! If you want to stick to exploring the first book, that is TOTALLY fine by me – I’d love anything from Keita’s POV as he pines after Thaniel, so close but just out of reach… the sexual tension and WAITING, hnngh. Anything about their first times and how it matches Keita’s understanding – does he have a secret journal of all the first times they might have? Does he re-read it later, and how does it compare to the one they actually DID share?
ALSO! The second book is so eerie and stressful and I LOVED it. The insights into Keita’s childhood and his insecurities, and how competent and clever and determined Thaniel is, were so good for me. Anything you want to set in that book – missing scenes, Keita POV, stories that explores some of what Grace was studying and anything that might bring in how magic/aether/music might interact (I’VE ALWAYS WONDERED IF MUSIC MIGHT BE ABLE TO MANIPULATE THE AETHER), would be SO cool.
I also was EXTREMELY INTO the appearance of the dinosaurs oh my god!!! If you want to do a complete side-story about obsessed paleontologists using the aether to study extinct creatures (and maybe bugging Keita or Grace about it lol) PLEASE DO.

Characters: Ruan Nanzhu, Lin Quishi
Sign-up Prompt: Holy shit, this fandom basically checks off ALL my favorite tropes/kinks. Competence! Pining! Oblivious character! Terrifying ghost stories and peril and hurt/comfort! SHAMELESS FLIRTING. Crossdressing tops with HUGE DICKS. YES. YES GOOD. I have read the MTL to the end, so if you want to explore the major spoilers in the extras, and how that revelation might play out in the bedroom, I'D LOVE IT, but I'll also be delighted if you want to stick with the translated chapters that are up so far. I really love both characters, how calm and clever and kind and practical Lin Quishi is - how can you NOT fall in love with him?? Especially when you see how dorky he is with his cat????? AND RUAN NANZHU. I love how he wants attention (from Lin Quishi) and pampered and how he's so vain and into the size of his own dick, how HE LOVES entertaining himself by stirring up drama and how delighted he is when Lin Quishi leans into it with him. They are so great together, like just so much HAPPIER than they were apart. I love them.
Missing scenes in current doors would be GREAT - like... say, 5 Times Bedsharing Ended Up With Mutual Boners and One Time It Ended In Sex? Lin Quishi in the dressing room trying on women's clothes and refusing to come out?? OR, if horror writing is more your mood, feel free to invent some new doors based on the ghost stories/urban legends/favorite horror movies of your choice and have Ruan Nanzhu and Lin Quishi badass their ways through it! I'd love someone getting injured to save the other, and stoicly suffering, and getting yelled at/pampered. Either or both dressed as girls during this is GREAT. Sex scenes would be very welcome - I'd extra love Ruan Nanzhu topping and making Lin Quishi beg for his dick while he's wearing a skirt, tbh??

Something set in the first movie, where they are just starting to move past enemies into frenemies into Epic Bromance, maybe? A shared enemy, one of them saving the other and then being VERY GRUMPY AND DEFENSIVE ABOUT IT... Or a sexy scene while Octavius is in the stocks at some point... maybe he gets turned on by being restrained and Jedediah notices omg??? Or later in the series, with Octavius pining for oblivious Jedediah, who FINALLY GETS A CLUE after they hold hands that last time? Or MAXIMUM SWEETNESS, have them get married under the planetarium in a ceremony officiated by Dum Dum while Larry weeps. GIVE THEM A YOUTUBE CHANNEL or make them famous on TikTok! SO MANY OPTIONS, SO LITTLE TIME. Seriously, feel free to go as PG or R-rated as the mood takes you for this one!
If you want to go a little darker, DAMN, there is so much unexplored eerieness/horror in the whole premise of this canon. What happened to the original Jedediah and Octavius - were they made up entirely from bits and pieces of other historical figures and folklore? WHAT even ARE they now, really? Is there anything plastic or unreal about them when the tablet brings them back to "life"? Feel free to explore the uncanny valley of their existence! BUT if there's a way to keep their shippy enemies-to-friends-to-lovers/soulmates OTP vibe, I'd love it.

Characters: Cuī Bùqù, Fèng Xiāo
Sign-up Prompt: I have a huge thing for competence kink, and this novel gives it to me in SPADES. I love how they gradually, inevitably, grumpily fall for each other, how their love language is bickering and pits and rescuing each other from peril. Also, real, talk, I LOVE FENG XIAO SO MUCH. What a glorious terrible peacock. I also adore Cui Buqu to bits, but I have a huge soft spot for how dumb Feng Xiao is for Ququ. And I seriously CANNOT handle how much these two adore each other by the end of the novel!!! I would love any fic that had them somehow forced to show how much they care for each other, whether obliquely or directly. You could go with sex pollen or drunken shenanigans in which confessions of fondness are made, or have a more daring mid-rescue confession, or some established relationship post-canon fic where the pits they’re digging for each other are romantic one-ups?? Or really, a “5 times it was abundantly clear Feng Xiao adored Cui Buqu, and vice versa” or something, would be GREAT.
I’d also just love a straight-up PWP porn scene, post-canon or a missing scene or a canon-divergent one… I like pretty much anything as far as sex/kinks go, but I admit I am extra weak for: cross-dressing!!, jealousy/possessiveness, first times and overstimulation/desperation, undercover sex where they’re still making digs at each other but also trying to ~Sell the relationship and also hide how they’re both getting into it… Cui Buqu topping Feng Xiao and Feng Xiao begging for it is something I’m EXTRA into, for the record. But I'd also be down for these two virgins being a total mess for each other and having the sloppiest most ridiculous first time ever and it still being Perfect because it's Each Other, grossss <3__<3.
ALSO if you’re down for AUs, I feel like these two are ripe for a scifi space intrigue!

Characters: You Huo (Quán Qiú Gāo Kǎo), Qin Jiu (Quán Qiú Gāo Kǎo)
Sign-up Prompt: DAMN, I love this power couple and the fact they fall in love over and over. NOTHING CAN STOP THEIR LOVE. They are such a terror (to the System, anyway), and hilarious together boot. The BALLS on both of them, as they subvert all the problems! I LOVE IT. This novel is surprisingly funny, as well as tense and heart-wrenching. I really love You Huo's backstory, how soft and sweet and squishy he is under his austere exterior, how touched he is by the family he has (his uncle and Yu Wen mean so much to him!!!) and how hard he works to help people. And Qin Jiu is his perfect match, bright and teasing and just as caring, and just as lonely, and the two of them together are SO GOOD. I love the found family they all make, the invigilators and examinees, and anything you write that gives me more of that - that bonding together against all odds, trusting each other and accepting everyone's various weirdnesses, will have me over the moon. Especially if you give me more of Qin Jiu/You Huo! They love each other SO MUCH and are so riveted by each other each time they interact, and so shameless even before they get together (for the 3rd time)!!!
The amnesia opens up so many avenues for missing scenes of these two! AND FOR PINING. Some of the situations/exams they both faced as invigilators, how they saved various examinees... or really, any expansion of the canon scenes! I for one could definitely go for more information re: the blood-drinking that took place in the mirror human!exam.... but also any of You Huo's POV from when Qin Jiu doesn't remember him, but You Huo does, or during that first battle with the System.
Also: I am TORMENTED by the fade to black in this novel. They have so many first times and we don't get to see ANY of them? AUGH. I would love to see Qin Jiu wreck You Huo and give him all the affection and pleasure and teasing he NEEDS. I feel like You Huo has got to have so much touch deprivation and the idea of him desperate and shivering so easily and just melting at Qin Jiu's touch? CHEF KISS.
